I am just a user not a domain admin my works it guys are pretty slack to taking things into my own hands. so unbelievably disappointed. So another full day and I have installed 43 certificates on my phone and I still get the error about the certificate. So, all in all and more of an academic question: Why P7B?

Please try the request again. I have run into this on a few Windows phones we have however we have a wildcard cert from digicert and it only happened a handful of our Windows phones.
