With his big job, this error bar utility saved him a few days of work. Adding Error Bars In Excel 2007 An Excel XY (Scatter) chart has markers (maybe) and lines (maybe) and the X axis is numerical, that is, it recognizes numerical values, and therefore it can accommodate horizontal error bars. You have some nice formatting options available to you. You should be able to download it, unless there are security settings blocking it.
