What is the success probability for which this is most likely to happen? I get the following error: "??? Vary the lengths of the error bars.x = 1:10:100; y = [20 30 45 40 60 65 80 75 95 90]; err = [5 8 2 9 3 3 8 3 This was better, but it was still a bit crowded visually.

If you do not want to draw the upper part of the error bar at any data point, then set pos to an empty array. If you want an error bar plot without a curve drawn between the points just use the errorbar function like this: x = 1:4; y = exp(x); e = sqrt(y); errorbar(x,y,e,'.k') It took a little while for me to arrive at this way of visualizing variability. Thanks!!

MATLAB Central is hosted by MathWorks. If you do not want to draw the lower part of the error bar at any data point, then set neg to an empty array. If you do not want to draw the lower part of the error bar at any data point, then set yneg to an empty array. Horizontal Error Bars Matlab example`e = errorbar(___)` returns one errorbar object when y is a vector.

## Boundedline Matlab

The shaded area doesn't match up to the lines around it - usually it appears shifted downwards a small amount but it may also be shifting slightly to the side, probably https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/27485-boundedline-m Did you make sure to add both the boundedline and Inpaint_nans folders to your path before trying to call the function? Shaded Error Bar Matlab Sarah S. (view profile) 0 files 0 downloads 0.0 Thank you for this function. Matlab Shaded Plot I don't remember how complicated the code was, but with Rob's shadedErrorBar, I can do this very easily!
