I woiuld suggest getting a new updated modem driver for the modem and also contacting your ISP since you have dial-up and ask them to help you remove the dial-up connection Resolution: Disable McAfee's On-Access Scan, uninstall SURA from the command line, then reinstall SURA and re-enable McAfee's On-Access Scan. Follow the same procedure for AVG's Resident Shield (see Comments section below).
